Put Me On for Business: Business Privacy Addendum
DRAFT — NOT IN EFFECT. Needs owner (Nickolous McLamore) and attorney review before any business account goes live. This addendum adds to the Put Me On Privacy Policy (effective October 21, 2026). It covers business accounts only. Where they differ for business accounts, this addendum controls.

1. What this covers
The Put Me On app keeps people's trips, settings and points on their own device and has no accounts. Put Me On for Business is different: to run a business account we must store some information on our servers. This addendum explains what, why and for how long.
2. What we collect from businesses
- Account and contact: the account holder's name, work email, optional phone, and a password (stored only as a salted hash by our authentication provider; we can't see it).
- Business details: business name, category, address, website or social link, hours, price level, and self-reported policies (kids, seniors, pets, accessibility).
- Attestations: that the account holder is 18 or older and authorized to represent the business, plus the terms version accepted and when.
- Claims and verification: the place you claimed, your role, notes you send, and what we use to verify the claim [TBD: method].
- Your content: deals, Fulfill Points offers, Sponsored campaign settings, and an audit log of changes (who changed what and when).
- Technical data: like any web service, our host sees IP addresses and basic request data to deliver and protect the service. Sign-in stores a session token in your browser's local storage. If a private preview passcode is turned on, a single cookie remembers it for 30 days.
We don't collect payment card details on this site. [TBD: if a payment provider is approved, card data will go directly to that provider and this addendum will be updated first.]
3. How we use it
To create and secure your account; verify claims; review and show your listing, deals, offers and Sponsored placement in Put Me On; produce your reports; contact you about your account, reviews and changes to the terms; prevent fraud and abuse; and meet legal obligations. We don't sell business contact information.
4. What becomes public
Your listing details, deals, Fulfill Points offers and Sponsored placements are shown to people using Put Me On once approved. Your account holder name, email, phone and attestations are not public.
5. App users' data and your reports
- You receive aggregate counts only (impressions, taps, Navigate taps, saves, deal views, redemptions). You never receive names, contact details, device IDs or locations of app users.
- Counting these events requires changes to the Put Me On app. The Put Me On Privacy Policy will be updated before any counting starts, as that policy already promises (section 8).
6. Service providers
We use service providers to run the Business Service, under their own terms:
- Cloudflare (hosting and delivery), and
- Supabase (database and sign-in), when business accounts are switched on.
- The sign-in pages load the Supabase JavaScript library [TBD: from a CDN or bundled with the site; bundling is planned before go-live].
- [TBD: payment provider, email delivery provider.]
7. Keeping and deleting data
- We keep account and business data while your account is open.
- If you close your account, we delete or anonymize it within [TBD: 30] days, except what we must keep for legal, tax, dispute or fraud reasons (for example the terms acceptance record and billing records), which we keep only as long as needed. [TBD: retention periods, attorney review.]
- Aggregate report counts aren't personal data and may be kept.
8. Your choices and rights
You can view and edit your business details in your dashboard and ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing DazumGood@gmail.com. If you live in a US state with privacy rights, we'll respond as that law requires.
9. Age
Business accounts are for people 18 and older only. The Put Me On app itself is for people 13 and older, with the Adult Fun vibe limited to 18+.
10. Security
Connections use HTTPS. Access to business data is limited by row-level security so each business can see only its own records. No method is perfectly secure; tell us right away at DazumGood@gmail.com if you suspect a problem.
11. Law and changes
DazumGood LLC is based in South Carolina, USA. This addendum is governed by the laws of South Carolina and applicable US federal law. If it changes, we'll update the version and date above and tell business account holders by email or in the dashboard before material changes take effect.
