1. Who these terms are for
These terms apply to businesses ("you", "your business") that create a business account, claim a listing, publish deals or Fulfill Points offers, or run Sponsored placement in Put Me On. People who use the Put Me On app to plan their day are covered by the app's own terms and the Put Me On Privacy Policy, not these terms.
2. Eligibility and authority
- The person creating the account must be 18 or older.
- That person must be the owner of the business or authorized to act and accept these terms on its behalf. By accepting, you confirm that authority, and the business is bound by these terms.
- Business accounts are separate from Put Me On app accounts. A business account can't be used to plan trips, and an app account can't be used to manage a business.
- We may decline any business. We currently don't accept: vape or cannabis businesses, gambling, adult venues, businesses marketed to minors that require age checks we can't enforce, and businesses with active safety or legal issues. [TBD: final blocked-category list, sign-off B-9]
- Venues for 18+ or 21+ audiences (for example bars) are shown only to app users who have confirmed they're 18 or older for the Adult Fun vibe. You remain responsible for checking ID where the law requires it.
3. Your account
You must give accurate information and keep it current, keep your password private, and tell us right away at DazumGood@gmail.com if you think your account was misused. You're responsible for activity under your account, including by anyone you let use it.
4. Claiming a listing
- Put Me On finds places from open map data. You may claim a listing for a business you represent.
- We verify claims before granting control. [TBD: verification method, for example a call to the publicly listed business phone, an email from the business's website domain, or an in-person check.] We may ask for more proof, and we may reject or revoke a claim.
- Only one business account controls a listing at a time. If there's a dispute, we decide based on the evidence we have, and we may freeze the listing until it's resolved.
5. Your content
"Your content" means your listing details, hours, prices, photos, logos, policies, deals and Fulfill Points offers.
- Truthful and current. Your content must be accurate and not misleading, and you must keep it up to date.
- Self-reported policies. Kid, senior, pet and accessibility policies are shown in the app as "per the business". You're responsible for them. Identity or ownership claims (for example "Black-owned") aren't shown until we can verify them.
- Review first. We review new and edited content before it appears. Editing something that's already live sends it back for review. We may edit for format, decline, or remove any content at any time.
- License to us. You give DazumGood a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, format and distribute your content in Put Me On and in materials that promote Put Me On, while your content is active and for a reasonable time after, to wind down. You confirm you have the rights to everything you submit.
- Social posts. If we feature your business on social media, the post will disclose the relationship (for example "#ad", "paid partnership" or "Founding Partner"), and we'll ask for your OK first.
6. Deals
- You choose your deal, its conditions and its end date. Every deal must say clearly what it is, any conditions, and when it ends.
- You must honor every deal that's live in the app, under the terms shown, until it ends or you pause it and the pause takes effect.
- No misleading prices, fake "was" prices, or bait-and-switch. Deals must comply with all laws that apply to you, including the South Carolina Unfair Trade Practices Act and federal advertising law. [Attorney to confirm the list of applicable SC coupon, gift certificate and pricing rules.]
7. Fulfill Points offers
- Fulfill Points are a reward inside Put Me On. They have no cash value, can't be bought from or sold to you, and can't be exchanged for cash.
- If you offer a Fulfill Points perk (for example "200 FP = free dessert"), you fund and honor the perk in person at your venue, under the conditions and monthly limit you set.
- If you pause an offer or leave the program, redemptions already confirmed in the app before the change takes effect must still be honored. [TBD: wind-down period after leaving, proposed 14 days.]
- Redemption verification (for example a code or QR scan) is [TBD]; it is used for reporting, not billing.
8. Sponsored placement
Sponsored placement is advertising. Every paid placement follows these rules, which also protect you from being shown to the wrong people:
- It is always labeled "Sponsored", and the label can't be removed, renamed or hidden.
- It is shown only when your business matches every filter the person set: area, budget, time and opening hours, party (kids, seniors, pets as you confirmed them) and at least one chosen vibe. No match, no ad. We never loosen a person's filters for a paying business.
- At most one Sponsored item per result set, in a fixed, labeled slot. It never displaces the person's top organic result, and payment never changes organic order.
- Sponsored items are never called a "Top Pick", "best match" or similar. No business can buy exclusivity over a vibe or area.
- We may cap how often a person sees the same business.
No guaranteed results. We don't promise any number of impressions, taps, visits, customers or sales.
9. Reports and data
- You get aggregate counts for your listing (such as impressions, taps, Navigate taps, saves, deal views and redemptions). Reports show real numbers, even when they're small.
- You never receive personal information about people who use Put Me On, and you must not try to identify them.
- How we handle your business account information is described in the Business Privacy Addendum.
10. Plans, fees and billing
- Plans and prices (approved Oct 23, 2026): Free listing for every place ($0; claiming is optional); Priority 1 $49/month; Priority 2 $99/month; Priority 3 $149/month; Chain $119 per location per month (2-location minimum); Enterprise from $499/month (custom quote). There is no per-customer or per-redemption fee.
- Founding offer: the first 25 businesses to sign up get Priority 1 free for 90 days. During those 90 days a founding business may upgrade to Priority 2 or Priority 3 at the normal price. When paid billing starts, the price of the plan the business is on at that time is locked for 12 months.
- Exclusions (paid plans only): a business on a paid plan may choose not to be shown to certain Put Me On consumer plans (Free, Explorer, Voyager, Connoisseur), itinerary vibes, times of day or distance bands from its location, and may opt out of the Roll the Dice and daily adventure placements. Exclusions are never available by race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, familial status, age (beyond the app's 18+ rules), neighborhood, ZIP code or similar characteristics.
- Any paid plan will be month-to-month, with no setup fee, cancel anytime. Paid plans will not open until there are real users and at least one month of real reports, and billing is approved.
- [TBD: payment provider.] We don't collect card details on this site.
- There is no performance fee per verified redemption at launch.
- Cancellation and refunds: you can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid billing period, then returns to the Free listing. There are no partial or prorated refunds. You can get a full refund of the first charge of a subscription if you ask within 7 days of that charge by emailing DazumGood@gmail.com. The free founding period has no charge. The founding 12-month price lock described above still applies. Full details: Refund Policy. No refunds for low performance.
- You're responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase, except taxes on our income. [TBD: whether digital advertising is taxable where we sell.]
- We'll give you at least [TBD: 30] days' notice before changing a price that applies to you. You can cancel before the change takes effect.
11. Pausing, leaving and termination
- You can pause deals, offers and campaigns, or close your account, at any time from your dashboard or by email.
- We may suspend or remove your content or account if you break these terms, if your content is inaccurate, if we receive credible complaints (for example a deal not honored), or if we need to for legal or safety reasons. Where reasonable, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to fix it.
12. Things you must not do
Don't impersonate another business; claim a listing you don't represent; post false reviews or pay for reviews (16 CFR Part 465); scrape or reverse-engineer the service; interfere with its security; try to identify app users; or use the service for anything unlawful.
13. Disclaimers
The Business Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, DazumGood disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. [Attorney review.]
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, DazumGood won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Business Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the [TBD: 3] months before the claim, or [TBD: $100] if you paid nothing. [Attorney review.]
15. Indemnity
You'll defend and indemnify DazumGood against third-party claims arising from your content, your deals and Fulfill Points perks (including any failure to honor them), your venue, or your breach of these terms. [Attorney review.]
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina and applicable US federal law, matching the Put Me On Privacy Policy, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. [TBD: venue (proposed: state or federal courts serving Charleston County, SC) and whether to use informal resolution or arbitration first. Attorney review.]
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the version and effective date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or in your dashboard at least [TBD: 30] days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Business Service after that means you accept the change.
18. Other terms
These terms, the Business Privacy Addendum and any plan details shown at sign-up are the whole agreement for the Business Service. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. You may not assign these terms without our consent. Notices to us go to DazumGood@gmail.com or the mailing address above.
